Rental Fees
We offer a bespoke service to our landlords, whose needs are as individual as the properties that we let and manage. Consequently our fees vary. However, as a general guide our fees are as follows:
Landlords
Tenant Find Service – Equivalent of one month’s rent plus VAT - Minimum Fee £720 inclusive of VAT
Fully Managed Service – Guide 14.4% of the rent, inclusive of VAT
Other property specific fees may apply
Tenants
We do not charge tenant referencing or set up fees. Nor do we charge end of tenancy fees.
Deposits
Rent deposits are the equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent.
Pets
Rent may be increased if you wish to bring a pet into the property and the Landlord agrees.
