Sudborough, located about 3 miles north west of Thrapston, is in the heart of the ancient Rockingham Forest.

The All Saints Church in the centre of the village dates back to the 13th Century.

To the East of the village, on the road in from the main A6116 coming from Thrapston, is an old circular Toll House with a conical roof. This house marks the line of the old Toll Road.

The Conservation Area at Sudborough extends from the Manor House in the West to the Round House in the East.

Sudborough has mains drainage and is served by a public house, a village hall, a Riding School, and is visited by a number of mobile services. A bus service operates to Corby and Thrapston.

Sudborough is in the primary school catchment for Aldwincle Trinity C E Primary and the catchment for the Middle School in Thrapston and Prince William School in Oundle.
