Nassington is a traditional village, set within gently rolling countryside, adjacent to the River Nene as it meanders its way towards Wansford and on to Peterborough. The village has a good range of facilities, including a shop / post office, wine store, butcher, popular public house, a primary school and the beautiful church of St Mary. More extensive facilities, as well as mainline rail travel, are available in Peterborough, approximately 12 miles to the East. Nassington is in the primary school catchment for Nassington Primary and the catchment for the Middle School in King's Cliffe and Prince William School in Oundle.
