The village of King's Cliffe boasts a number of attractive stone buildings. The village has extensive facilities, including a village store, greengrocer, public house, doctors’ surgery, junior and middle schools and a church. The surrounding countryside is attractive with rolling hills, streams and woodland.

The historic town of Oundle is some 7 miles to the South where there is a range of shopping and leisure facilities.

The Cathedral city of Peterborough lies some 12 miles to the East, where there are many leisure facilities and a more comprehensive range of shops.

The A1 and A47 are within easy reach offering excellent communication and by rail from Peterborough, London (King’s Cross) can be reached in around 50 mins.

King's Cliffe is in the primary school catchment for King's Cliffe Endowed Primary and the catchment for the Middle School in King's Cliffe and Prince William School in Oundle.
