Denford is a traditional Northamptonshire village on the bankside of the River Nene. The properties within the village are generally of traditional construction, being of local stone with collyweston slate or tiled roofs.

Within the village are a beautiful church and also a popular public house. There are lovely countryside walks beside the river and over the adjoining meadows.

The market town of Thrapston is less than two miles to the North, and offers a good range of shopping and leisure facilities, as well as schooling.

Oundle lies about 9 miles away and offers further facilities and excellent schooling.

Main line rail travel is available from Wellingborough, Kettering or Huntingdon, each easily accessible via the A14 which lies approximately 2 miles to the north.
