Bulwick is served by local amenities including a public house, a church, a post office and shop. The village was by-passed some years ago and now forms an attractive rural environment composed of mainly traditional stone buildings surrounded by attractive open and undulating farmland.

Bulwick Hall is situated to the south west of the village and in the heart of the village opposite the church, is the quaint, popular 17th century stone pub, The Queens Head.

Communications are excellent with the main A43 trunk road set half a mile to the west. The recently built A14 is approximately 30 minutes away, the M1,40 minutes and the A1, 10 minutes.

Peterborough station is approximately 30 minutes away and Kettering 25 minutes. (London approx 45mins).

Bulwick is in the primary school catchment for King's Cliffe Endowed Primary and the catchment for the Middle School in King's Cliffe and Prince William School in Oundle.
